CHP Man Hunt

In San Diego area, CHP are looking for a 40 year old man. Angelo Fabiani Arroyo fled the scene of an accident on I-5 and left a 4 year old boy, who was injured at the scene. The boy has been taken to Rady Children's Hospital.
