Busted, DWI Suspect: A Visual Story Told

Albuquerque, NM woke to a news story that would have some laughing and some shaking their heads in wonder. Now, Albuquerque is in the news nationally. I found articles in a New York publication, Canton, Ohio’s local Channel 3 News and all over the Web.
To get the whole story, it is better to view several pieces of publication. A drunk 25 year old male was multi-tasking. He was driving while having sexual relations with a 25 year old female in his Ford Explorer this past Monday evening on Pennsylvania NE.
During this adventure, the male driver crashed the vehicle. It is reported that the female passenger had been thrown from the vehicle. The male driver proceeded to ditch his partner and leave the scene. However, a witness stopped the male driver and took his keys to prevent him from leaving the site.
Police arrived at the scene to find the male driver that was hiding in a cactus (reports say he was found “in a cactus” but I have to wonder if this is a misprint meaning, behind a cactus) nearby. He was wearing only one shoe. He apparently had put his own pants on, wrong side out. The female was found with multiple facial and head wounds. She was butt naked.
Both survived the accident. He has 3 pending charges as a result and they both have memories to last a lifetime.
My Thoughts:
I think that driving and sexual activity happens much more than some may know. Even a rub on the thigh can distract a driver from concentrating on the road. This couple has, unfortunately, shared their story with the public. We never know who may be watching or what may happen in that instant when we think that no one will know.
