United States- Polar Vortex sweeps areas of the United States breaking record temperatures with wind chill factors as low as 40 - 50 degrees below 0. 

It is recommended, that if you do not have to go outside, do not expose yourself to the elements. These are especially dangerous conditions for anyone that has bronchial problems, such as Asthma or C.O.P.D. Please take the necessary precautions.
