Description: Has been known to chew tobacco, upper left bicuspid tooth has a crown, enjoys the outdoors, lower back surgical scars, dob: April 13, 1961, Born in Brooklyn, New York, 6 feet tall, 190 lbs., brown hair, blue eyes and white (light complexion).
Alleged Crime: April 2001, Scottsdale, Arizona. Killed wife and two kids, then blew the house up.

Description: Has been known to be a social butterfly, has expensive taste, enjoys outdoor sports, July 1, 1969 but has told different birth dates Born in California, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 170-180 lbs., blonde hair, green eyes and white (light complexion).
Alleged Crime: November 2004, Phoenix, Arizona. Shot and killed an armored guard and then took off with the money.

Description: Has been known to smoke tobacco, has many alias names used, sometimes wears facial hair, pock marks on face, June 30, 1946 but has told different birth dates, From Moscow, Russia, 5 feet, 6-7 inches tall, 290 lbs., gray hair (balding), green eyes and white Ukrainian male.
Alleged Crime: Indicted April 2003, Scheme headquarters in Pennsylvania. Defrauded thousands of investors with fraudulent stocks into a company that was based in Canada. May have authorized and funded this multi-million dollar scheme.

Description: scars on forehead and right cheek, dob: July 18, 1975 but has used different dates, Born in Honduras, 5 feet, 4 inches tall, 130-140 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and white (Hispanic).
Alleged Crime: Between July and August 2000, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Kidnapping and murder, by strangulation, of a 5 year old girl.

Description: Has acne scars on right cheek, has used many alias names, enjoys outdoor sports, April 24, 1975 but has told different birth dates, Born in Mexico, 5 feet, 11 inches to 6 feet, 1 inch tall, 165-175 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and white (Hispanic).
Alleged Crime: Was out on bond in October of 1998 for beating and rape of a victim. While out on bond; beat, raped and strangled her to death. Body of victim was found in the trunk of a burning car.
